ArcLedger Pro Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions are currently unavailable. This policy describes refunds for ArcLedger Pro purchases when subscriptions become available.

Who processes refunds

ArcLedger Pro is sold through Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or Paddle's subscription portal, or email info@arcanedge.ai.

When a refund is given

We review refund requests case by case. This isn't a money-back guarantee.

Please ask within 14 days of the charge you want refunded, whether it was your first purchase or a renewal. Asking doesn't mean a refund will be granted.

We pay particular attention to:

• a duplicate charge;
• a defect we haven't fixed that stops an advertised feature from working.

Paddle processes refunds under its own buyer terms and can decide a refund itself. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or cancellation right you have under the law where you live. The 14-day window doesn't override those rights or Paddle's terms.

What happens to ArcLedger Pro after a refund

• A whole payment refunded. The subscription service stops granting Pro for the refunded period. On a connected computer, Pro ends at the next successful, verified subscription check and the workspace returns to ArcLedger Free.
• A partial refund doesn't change access.
• A chargeback (a payment disputed through your bank): the service stops granting Pro at once, until it is reversed.
• Paying for a later period again ends the effect of an earlier refund or chargeback.

Subscription checks normally run about once a day while the app is running. An offline computer may keep only the access its current signed licence already grants until that licence expires. That is at most 14 days from the service's last confirmation, and an earlier deadline still applies. A refund, restart, local verification or reimport does not start a new offline period. Pro comes back on a computer only when the subscription qualifies again and the computer gets and verifies a current licence.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel at any time in Paddle's subscription portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your data

A refund, chargeback or cancellation doesn't automatically delete the work and billing records stored on your computer. Estimate & Quote records become read-only and exportable, and projects above the Free limit follow the 14-day project selection described in the app. Records held by ArcanEdge's subscription service follow the retention rules in the privacy policy.
